I have hired Maid Green exclusively to clean both of my apartments in south beach for the last three years. The company pays attention to detail, has trustworthy, hardworking, and personable cleaners, and they are always extremely flexible in working around my busy schedule. Maid Green is an excellent company. Petter is very flexible and responsive, and he has a great team employed. They do a great job. We have recommended Maid Green to many friends as a result.

I've used & recommended Petter Nahed of Maid Green on many occassions. He has provided superior cleaning services for several years for me and my clients. He is very reliable, and has done all from weekly scheduled cleaning to one time industrious cleaning, including carpet cleaning, water removal, and even painting. He's turned those horrible smelly properties to the perfect show place.

Petter is also self guided. For condos especially, this comes in handy. When dealing with a larger job in a condo, he can meet the condo association requirements on his own with minimum direction. This is especially helpful when working with out of town clients. I've never received a complaint from a management company that he has not followed protocol.
